Recognition Awards, 2007.
Introduced this year, are the AFIL Recognition Awards.
In the true definition of 'giving', these awards are to say a well earned "Thank You" to those who have helped AFIL, giving so much time and effort, so often with no return (financial or otherwise), except the knowledge that AFIL is a better place as a result.
These awards also recognize organizations that have made an outstanding contribution to, or have helped our residents with their needs.
The first annual AFIL Recognition Awards go to:

- The Guillermo Vidaud President’s Award:
Bob Owen
Resident Council Awards were also handed out and all of AFIL says "Thank You" to those residents who gave of their time and effort to help make AFIL a better place to live.
