What's a "Must Go?"
All AFIL residents "must go home" once a month.
Why?This opportunity gives residents a chance to keep family ties strong and also allows the AFIL staff to do whatever is needed on campus.
You'd be surprised how hard it can be to try and get complicated repair work done with a bunch of very inquisitive residents looking on...
We try to time the must-go weekends so they fit in with major public holidays, such as Independence Day or Christmas, as at least this way, we stand a good chance that residents will be with family when everyone wants them to be there.
We also ask that:
- Residents leave AFIL for the weekend before 5:00pm on departure day.
- Residents return to AFIL between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday (or return day) of the weekend.
- Please contact the office if you want your son/daughter to leave early or return latter.
